Your Stay
- Departure: On your departure day, we kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM so that it is ready for the next guests. If you plan to leave earlier, please inform us via WhatsApp the day before at +43 664 127 55 37. In case of heavy soiling, such as ovens, pots, or bed linens, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee (even after departure).
- Payment: Please settle the remaining balance for your stay on the day of departure, either in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard).
- Non-Smoking House: We are a non-smoking property. You are welcome to enjoy a cigarette outside or on the balcony. Ashtrays are provided.
- Pets: Dogs are very welcome. Please ensure your furry friend behaves properly. Beds and sofas are off-limits for pets. Also, please avoid letting your dog urinate on the lawn, as it can cause yellow spots in summer.
- Ventilation / Heating: Please ventilate properly, heat sparingly, and turn off lights when not needed. Open windows fully for about 10 minutes in the morning and evening, then close completely. Note: The heating turns off if windows are left open for too long. Even in summer, ventilate only in the morning and evening; keep windows closed during the day to avoid heat entering the apartment.
- Waste separation: Please separate waste diligently!
- Residual and Organic Waste: Residual waste goes in the black bin; organic waste (without plastic packaging, no coffee capsules) goes in the green bin next to the wooden shed. Waste collection occurs every 2 weeks.
- Plastic, Paper, Glass, and Aluminum: Plastic (e.g., milk and juice cartons, yogurt cups, cans), paper, and clean glass bottles (without caps) should be placed in the designated containers in the wooden shed near the entrance.
- Deposit Bottles: Austria now has deposit bottles marked with a € sign; they must be returned to stores.
- Snow Removal: Snow removal is taken care of by Michael.
Facilities & Use
- Storage Room: We have a lockable garage (the left garage next to the waste shed) where you can safely store your mountain bike, skis, or stroller. You can also charge your e-bike there. Please store only shoes in the basement—no skis or boards.
- First Aid Kit: In case of minor accidents or injuries, you’ll find a first aid kit in the sports box in the basement.
- Fire Pit & Grilling: The fire pit in Garden Apartments 1, 2 & 3 is a place to relax and enjoy. Firewood is available in the wooden shed behind the garage. Please never leave the fire unattended and make sure to extinguish it properly when leaving the garden. Use at your own risk! Kindly leave the grill and grate clean for the next guest.
- Fire Extinguishers: Fire extinguishers are located in the basement laundry room, on the ground floor, on the first floor, and in the right garage (immediately on the right).
- Towels: Fresh towels are provided in the bathrooms of each apartment.
- Infrared Cabin: After an active day, there’s nothing better than relaxing in the infrared cabin. Instructions and usage tips are located next to the cabin.
- Tiled Stove: Firewood for the tiled stove is in the outdoor wooden shed. Please light the stove only once per day! The stove retains heat for up to 12 hours. Follow the proper instructions for lighting the tiled stove, which are posted next to it. Do not place decorative cushions directly on the tiles. Important: In Apartment 1, do not close the stove door until the wood has burned down. In Apartment 2, close the stove door immediately after lighting.
- Deck Chairs: Deck chairs for sunbathing or relaxing are available in the garden, on the balcony, and in the left garage.
- Sauna (Apartments 2 & 3):Feel free to relax in the sauna, after a day in the great outdoors. Instructions and usage tips are provided next to the sauna.
- Shoe Dryer & Sports Equipment: Please store ski boots in the basement. Skis, bicycles, and other sports equipment can be stored in the left garage (lockable with the small key on your keyring) and in the right garage, which is not lockable.
- Toys: Our younger guests will find plenty of toys in the box in the sports room. Please tidy up the toys after use. Upstairs, you’ll also find a wide selection of books for children.
- Washing Machine & Dryer: You can now wash and dry your laundry free of charge. Please let us know briefly if you want to use the washing machine or dryer. Guests in Apartment 3 do not need to ask.
